The apartment is on the doorstep of Brick Lane and Shoreditch which is famous for avant-garde galleries, markets, pop-up stores, mouthwatering cuisine and a famous nightlife scene. Brick Lane, which stretches into neighboring Spitalfields, is a one-stop destination for antiques, kitsch wares and retro clothing.
The apartment is on the ground floor offering great accessibility for those who can’t use stairs.
The apartment has a dedicated workspace in the living room with fast WiFi access offering up to 100mb/s.
The apartment includes access to a large private courtyard and garden.
Shoreditch is a diverse corner of London where you’ll find tattooed hipsters and artists living alongside immigrants and young professionals. It is truly one of the most colorful London neighborhoods, chock-full of vibrant and thought-provoking street art. The dining and bar scene is equally eclectic.
Can’t-miss spots include Dishoom, a buzzy Bombay-inspired restaurant and Nightjar, a jazzy speakeasy with incredible cocktails. Don’t forget to explore the countless vintage shops and independent boutiques, then head to the Columbia Road Flower Market for some fresh blooms.
The apartment is also minutes from unique and vibrant Brick Lane. A walk down this cobbled street will take you past some of the capital’s finest curry houses interspersed with Jewish beigel shops, street food markets, vintage stores and cafés.
Guests have private access to the entire flat.
The co-host will usually be available at most times to help you with any issues you have.

A travel cot can be provided upon request for £30 per stay.
Early check in or late checkout may be possible depending on timing of previous and next guests and availability of our cleaner.
Parking can be arranged for a fee.

October 2025Rob und Roly waren immer für uns erreichbar. Roly hat uns sogar persönlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung und die nähere Umgebung gezeigt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Wohnung aus kann man sehr viel zu Fuss erreichen. Auch die U Bahn Station sind nicht weit. Eine klare Empfehlung

October 2025Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und hatten insgesamt eine sehr gute Zeit. Rob war ein perfekter Gastgeber - immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sauber und es war alles da, was man brauchte - auch zum selber Kochen. Die Lage ist gut und die Möglichkeiten vielseitig. Was man wissen muss, ist, dass das Appartment im Erdgeschoss direkt an einer Straße liegt. Durch die vorbeifahrenden Autos und die vorbeigehenden Leute kann es daher rel. laut werden. Die Nachbarschaft ist aber völlig ok und wir fühlten uns jederzeit sicher.

October 2025Tolle geräumige Wohnung mit bequemen Betten in einer äußerst lebendigen und doch relativ ruhigen Umgebung. Katzensprung zur Bricklane sowie guten Frühstückslokalen. Gute Anbindung an die City. Rob war ein toller Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

May 2025This location is close to Brick Lane and its quirky shops and restaurants. And to Nude Coffee, simply one of the best! Super-easy to get to from Heathrow; jump on the Elizabeth Line, exit at Whitechapel and walk about 12 minutes. No stairs, which is great for old people with 40 Kg of luggage.... like me!

March 2023Great location and really good communication. Only downsides were car noise at night and bathroom needs attention (mould around shower and bath, badly stained toilet, extractor fan vent full of dust and fluff, packing tape around bottom of bath, wiring hanging from towel rail).

April 2023Geräumige Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern und je einem gemütlichen Doppelbett. Die Wohnung liegt ebenerdig direkt an der Straße. Außerhalb der Stoßzeiten ist es hier recht ruhig. Man kann zu Fuss sehr leicht zu den nahegelegenen Stationen von Bus oder Metro gelangen. In der Straße gibt es zwei wirklich sehr gute Frühstückslokale und in der Bricklane und der ganzen übrigen Gegend jede Menge Pubs und Restaurants. Direkt nebenan hat der Pub gerade wieder eröffnet. Wer will, kann sich aber auch selbst versorgen, eine Küche mit allem was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wem die Lage wichtig ist, der sollte zugreifen, wer allerdings nach Luxus sucht, der sollte weiter blättern.

February 2024Our stay with Roland was very nice. The communication was quick and friendly. There was a problem with our originally rented flat. But Roland contacted us with a solution, so it was not stressful for us. Therefore we can’t say anything about the apartment we are commenting on. But since it is the direct neighbour to the one we were staying in, our comments to the neighbourhood and accessibility via bus and tube are the same. While we were there a two towels were missing. After we contacted Roland about it, he promptly brought some replacements over. Overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay in a homely environment. We would definitely come back again.

Very well equipped, ample bedding, strong WiFi. No complaints. Highly recommended would definitely return.

June 2024The home was in a trendy part of town, Shortditch. If you want central London, this is NOT the place. But the transit system is so efficient it is very easy to get to central London. If you'd rather grab a taxi than walk the ten minutes to the station, they are plentiful. The one thing I would recommend is installing room darkening shades in the living room if anyone is using the fold out couch as a sleeping area. It says sleeps six, but really that couch could only sleep one. It should say sleeps up to five. We had three people so was not a problem. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby and crackling with youthful, multi-ethnic energy!

June 2024Roland was an extremely proactive host who provided lots of information prior to our arrival and also checked with us after the first night to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is spacious and well located for shops, restaurants and public transport….there’s even a pub mere steps away. It was a great place to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing and gave us much more flexibility than a hotel room.

The guide with where to visit and places eat and drink was fantastic. The pub next door is lovely as is the place itself, would have quite happily stay in and made ourselves at home!
